Is it one of the games that earns you bitcoin but is way overloaded with ads?
It is supposed to be... How else would they pay for the bitcoins?
Selling Ingame items for example, I know a few Game Apps where you can earn Bitcoin but if there is a ad video every 30 Seconds , there is no fun.
There are many, one of them i know is Storm play... but i ve taken payouts twice only...
