The Texas State Securities Board has issued a stop order on website Leadinvest.com which they see as a basic SHILL site.
The Texas State Securities Board has now issued three cease and desist notices this year; the first to Ponzi-scheme Bitconnect for selling unlicensed securities, and another to “cryptocurrency bank” AriseBank for not actually being a bank and now to Leadinvest.com for failure to disclose information.
