This Post Is On Fire!🔥

The idea is simple:
If a new post gets up-voted more than once immediately after being published, it becomes "On fire" and stays on top of other new posts for a brief period of time. If by that time the post gets another up-vote, it's stay on top is extended further and as the streak goes on each up-vote adds less and less time to the counter; this way those posts will stay on top for a limited time, even if submerged in up-votes.

A post receiving a vote-streak will have a symbol near it (could be this one 🔥 , since the post is on fire 😛 ) and a timer showing the time left for it to stay up there.
If many posts happen to be "on fire" at the same time, they will be organized based on the number of up-votes they receive.
That's it! This feature will give some extra visibility to worthy posts and hopefully give the author some extra satisfaction!
