Bayern Munich sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic, revealed two clever steps that made them able to get Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho in the 2019 summer transfer window.
Philipe Coutinho has officially joined Bayern Munich on August 19, 2019 on loan. Munchen spent 8.5 million euros (around Rp132 billion) to borrow it and 120 million euros to secure it in 2020.
Although at the time the Bavarians were competing with Juventus who also wanted Coutinho, it turned out that the German Bundesliga club had a smart move that made them able to get the Brazilian soccer player.
Philippe Coutinho himself has joined Barcelona since he left Liverpool in 2018 ago. Together with the Spanish LaLiga football club, he has scored 21 goals and contributed 11 assists from a total of 76 appearances in all competitions.Meanwhile with Bayern Munich, the Brazilian star has only been played twice and has never scored a goal or contributed an assist.
