아무 짝에도 쓸모없는 돌
차갑고 무겁기만 한 돌덩이
깨져야 자갈의 신세를 면치 못하는 돌
아무 짝에도 쓸모없는 돌
돈이 되지 못하는 돌,
천대만 받던 돌,
그 돌이 귀한 시대가 왔다.
돌이면 안 되는 게 없다.
세상에 귀한 것은 다 돌에서 시작된다.
흔하디 흔한 돌덩이
처치 곤란이던 돌덩이들이 각자의 자리를 찾아가니
귀하고 귀한 존재로 거듭난다.
천대받고 멸시받던 돌덩이들이
세상이 바뀌고 나니 귀한 몸이 되셨다.
아니,
그 돌덩이들이 세상의 변화의 중심에 서있다.
불을 머금은 돌덩이
그 열정이 살아나면 뭔들 못하리
돌덩이도 이러하거늘...
