It was these past few days that I got the full spirit of preparing special food on the table.

Hello everyone @chimegipamus is here once again to share with you another set of food prepared for business and daily consumption. Join me as I share with you some cooking tips that are helpful in our day-to-day food preparation.

Homemade Chicken Nuggets with Barbecue sauce

Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken grind
Two carrots grind
Six pieces slice bread grind
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 eggs

Mix all the ingredients until fully incorporated.

Prepare a baking pan with a sheet and pour the mixture, flatten it to your desired thickness. Refrigerate for twenty-four hours.

Could you slice it into your desired size? I made it into a square shape. Prepare your flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dredge each slice into the flour then to the eggs and lastly to the breadcrumbs. Set aside until everything was done. I store it in a 500 ml container with 200 grams each worth one hundred pesos. I made eight boxes and Viola! Sold out!

Barbecue Sauce

1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon liquid seasoning
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup oil
Bring to a boil then add the cornstarch slurry. Continue stirring until your desired stickiness.

In a pan put a little oil and stir fry all the veggies with salt and pepper. Just half-cook so the veggies will still be crunchy.

You can get your lumpia wrapper and wrap it according to your desired sizes. I used a big lumpia wrapper to satisfy the cravings. Fry it and enjoy it with ketchup or vinegar with chili.

Homade ube ice cream

Two All-purpose creams chilled overnight
1 can ube condensed milk chilled overnight
Cheese sliced into small square

On a small basin put ice cubes and the stainless bowl above the ice cubes. This process is very important to keep the mixture cold.
Pour the All-purpose cream into the stainless bowl and use a hand mixer, mix it for 15 minutes then add the ube condensed milk, and mix until everything is doubled in volume. Add slices of cheese, leave some for toppings, then transfer the mixture into a container topped with the remaining cheese. Freeze overnight and you will have your homemade ice cream.

Cooking tips:
For lumpia do not overcook your veggies.
Store it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
For the vegetable salad
Do not add lettuce it will make it bitter.
Do not store it longer it may lose its crunchiness.

For the ice cream
Much better to keep the stainless bowl and the beaters refrigerated before using, the volume of the mixtures will double faster.

I was a bit tired after doing everything in a day, but my heart was full of joy as I finished every single dish and dessert. The following days will be enjoyable having this food on our table.
