Hopefully I always hear good news from all of you. Life is hard, but it's harder not to do what's best for yourself. This morning, I have done a lot, I woke up earlier, I haven't even seen the sunrise and it's still like night time. There is so much work that I even forget to make coffee and have breakfast.
After picking up my wife from the gym center, we decided to have breakfast at the biggest mall in my city. I was having a meeting with several people and it was very close to this mall. So, it looks like I have to stop for a while to eat and fill our stomachs so we can concentrate. There is a café in the mall that has just launched, I think this is a must try and I am very curious about the food concept they offer.
I have attached a menu book which looks very appetizing. The thick menu book with dozens of endless menus makes me confused about choosing the menu I want at breakfast time which is almost towards lunch, brunch. There is a lot of food on the plate in the photo, there are many menus in various shapes and it is clearly very realistic to the original.
Choosing 2 menus, one for me and the other for my wife. He said he was on a diet, he needed protein and fiber, he was on a strict diet only eating chicken, vegetables and fruit, of course without rice. He chose the Caesar salad which is always his mainstay in every café or restaurant that serves it. Just like the fried rice menu that I will always order when I go to any restaurant, that's what he does too.
My choice fell on a pasta menu, fettuccini carbonara with a little protein from stir fried chicken pieces on top. There is also a separate carbonara sauce and it tends to be a lot less than it looks. With a generous sprinkling of oregano and slices of bread topped with garlic butter, it makes me even more enthusiastic to eat it.
I advise you to choose the menu I bought, because it tastes delicious. It doesn't have a lot of meat filling, but I can really enjoy the champion mushrooms because there are a lot of them and it feels quite filling and adds fiber which is good for my stomach. At least I felt full enough until the afternoon, after I went home from the meeting to eat my next meal.
The taste of the Caesar salad is also very delicious, according to my wife. I don't like vegetables as much as he does, but there wasn't too much sauce and it was enough to make it taste really good without being overwhelming. Stir fry chicken is very juicy, even though it is chicken breast, it tastes very soft and easy to bite. Also the sauce tastes sweet and sour which comes together, it looks like it's a roasted sesame sauce made by yourself.
This place is very comfortable, has a large space and is on the edge of a mall, so it has a balcony and a place that is accessible for fresh air on the top floor of the mall. You can see the city from here, but it's covered by apartments that are way too high.
They make the place as comfortable as possible for visitors to enjoy and can receive many customers, we were even the first customers because we arrived early. I don't know why I like this restaurant because it has a different concept compared to other restaurants which are always fast food. There are many restaurants but this restaurant seems so comfortable. carries a concept that has plants and also a wooden design which makes it look natural but still has a luxury concept.
This includes being a restaurant that is often chosen in this mall because the prices are relatively affordable compared to other restaurants, even though it seems very expensive, right?

i have never tried pasta with carbonara sauce, it looks very beautiful and delicious. Guess I'll have to try it if I find it here!.
The taste is delicious, thick with cream and it really tastes a little salty but makes it a little tasty
