Since a few days ago my Pinterest algorithm has been throwing me recipes of Chinese, Korean food and recipes in general. But, there was one recipe that caught my attention, and that is the famous "gyozas", so I made my first attempt at this food.
Ingredientes: | Ingredients: |
---|---|
Masa de pastelitos | Pre-ready dought disks |
100 gr de carne molida | 100 gr ground beef |
1 zanahoria | 1 carrot |
3 dientes de ajo | 3 garlic cloves |
35 gr de cebollín | 35 gr of onion |
25 gr de repollo | 25 gr cabbage |
Aceite vegetal | Vegetable oil |
Salsa de soya | Soy sauce |
Salsa de tomate | Ketchup |
1 cucharada de vinagre | 1 spoon vinegar |
Semillas de ajonjolí | Sesame seeds |
Sal | Salt |
The first thing to do is to make the dough, but since it was ready, I moved on to the second step, the filling. Then, I washed and peeled the vegetables to grate the carrot, crushed the garlic cloves, and finely chopped the scallion and cabbage. And then, I mixed the vegetables with the ground beef.
After mixing everything very well, I seasoned with soy sauce and salt. In a deep dish, I started to assemble the gyozas, with a gif that I will leave you later. And then, I dipped them in oil and browned them a bit and covered them to cook a bit. After 15 minutes, I added half a cup of water to the gyoza pan and covered them to finish cooking.
This is the process to assemble the gyoza, although they did not turn out like the original recipe.
To accompany the gyozas, I made a sweet and sour sauce with soy and sesame seeds. For this I added in a small pot, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of water and cooked them over low heat for 3 minutes, and finally I added sesame seeds.
The flavor is incredible, I loved them, although I want to improve and keep practicing to achieve a perfect aesthetic.
¡Felicitaciones!

Saludos✨
