Well, I never knew this @thebigsweed! I was only drinking black tea for years then changed to green tea bags, because of the health benefits. I also had my head in the sand! I could kick myself, had such a nice plunger teapot for herbal and loose tea that I gave away recently. But I have other teapots and a tea strainer, so will be buying loose tea from here on!
We are fed such lies but need to become proactive and do our own research!

Proactive, I couldn't agree with you more. With so many things to keep on top of, which I feel like I do a pretty good job of, there is always something else.
