That's a great idea that benefits everyone. I like that. In the building I live in, anyone who doesn't want whatever possessions puts them in the laundry room on a table that's designated for this. It's been this way for years and works well.

That is a wonderful idea!
We have something similar in our community but, they put it in the community bulletin, which is sent electronically every Friday. Or people put it our curbside with a sign if it is big. Take me! :)
