Mission Impossible, ha ha ha ha. I'm glad you could cook the eggplant on a flame. That changes everything! As usual, your dish looks amazing and tempting; I must say, I don't know if I can handle chilies like you do, though I love a little in my food. Your table looks lovely, dear friend. I could have it oil painted on a large canvas and hang it on my kitchen wall. Big hug!
