Curious the name, they look tasty although a lot of work reminded me of a time when I was a kid and my mom wanted to make gnocchi, I thought why didn't she buy them? In the end they were better than the frozen ones

I have made gnocchi and each time I wonder why I didn't just buy them. It's a form of self punishment. In the end the reward is better than store bought.😂
sometimes the interesting part might be the process of making it, feels like an achievement, that's why we men do a lot of DIY makes us feel useful 😂
