Loosing 10kg within just two months is full surprise for me. I am 73kg and back in covid days my weight was 81kg. I did exercise but no diet and I lost 13kg. Now again my weight is putting on as it was on 68kg and now it's 73kg.

interesting! yeah mine has been stuck over 100 for a while, will be good to see it come back down
