I hope this post finds you well, as you may have noticed from the picture above I got my self a new printer, I guess I can't get enough drama this is particularly true with this machine, I never had one like this, the one I got before this one (sitting fully enclosed on the table)was great out the box and was a breeze to get going with quick print time and quality parts.
This new machine is a dual extruder setup, it has 2 individual hot ends, this allows you to print using 2 separate spools, what that means is you can either have 2 colors or different materials printing all in one, this allows for some interesting possibilities.
Unfortunately this is nothing like the out of the box experience of the other printer, with this one there is a fair bit to figure out especially since I don't have experience with such a machine, that is why I am starting out with just one roll, getting dialed in before I try doing 2 at a time.
Overall I am fairly confident in my skills and I think I will get it sorted and hopefully I will be able to do some new interesting projects that I could not before, I could have spend x3 times more and probably got a machine like this one that is more plug and play but I didn't want to spend too much on something that is not that critical, I also have a liquid printer I have yet to try, a bit nervous about it actually, for one it's a totally different printer style that is way different than what I had and now have all I ever knew was filament printers while this one uses resin and this resin is toxic and produces nasty fumes and so I need to craft an enclosure and an exhaust system to drive out the fumes to the great outdoors for us all to enjoy 🤣

I got Prusa i3 MK2.
I had to fasten one sensor, changed PEI foil on the plate, did some tuning and it works grate.
I would like to change the nozzle as soon as I will have free time.
that's an awesome machine sound like you got it sorted, im actually having trouble with my prusa been struggling with it, got a new filaments sensor and now im back to not being able to pass the initiation test for X axis calibration 🤣 !BBH
