IPFS o centralizzazione? Dilemma esistenziale
Ne approfitto per fare un primo post pure su Dpoll, che non ho mai provato, ma che in alcune occasioni potrebbe tornarmi utile in futuro. E' incredibile quante applicazioni ci siano su questa blockchain per ogni tipo di necessità, ma tornando all'argomento principale... IPFS, tecnologia di decentralizzazione dei file, o torniamo amaramente su YouTube? Come ogni nuova tecnologia, purtroppo non funziona come vorremmo. I miei video si vedono senza problemi dopo qualche ora di propagazione, sto cercando di tenere duro rimanendo fedele all'IPFS il più possibile (come dall'inizio della mia carriera da Dtuber) ma è innegabile che su Dtube, gli unici video che sono visibili in maniera pulita e in alta qualità, provengono da link su YouTube. Usare i server di YouTube solo per l'hosting creando un canale da zero dedicato esclusivamente a Dtube, oppure smanettare ancora con le varie impostazioni e sottoscrizioni dei server IPFS per trovare la soluzione? Sull'eventuale canale YouTube avevo pensato di eliminare le interazioni (like e commenti) in modo tale da portare le persone su Steem/Dtube qualora volessero commentare creando io gli account. La monetizzazione di YouTube per quanto misera, va ad aggiungersi ai rewards su Dtube, dove ho notato che, con hosting esterno, non vengono contati sull'unico video. Il mio primo vlog appare sul canale Dtube come se fosse stato caricato 2 volte, quando in realtà, hanno entrambi lo stesso link, solo che il primo conta i rewards su Steem, il secondo i Dtube Tokens.
