Can traditional and non-conventional medical streams help us to treat corona patients?

Corona virus is a dangerous virus and we don't have any cure of this deadly virus yet. Modern medical science have no conclusive clue of the virus and its working. Therefore it seems that the patients are being treated as if traditional exorcists are being recruited in case of corona. In this situation we can take help of traditional and non-conventional medical treatments like homeopathy, naturopathy, ayurveda, etc. I myself have tried them successfully in treating some of my problems. Can they equally help in corona? What is your opinion about it?

Most (but not all) alternative medicine is ineffective (unless you count placebo). Alternative medicine types that are not harmless at best need to be avoided.
However, if some type of alternative medicine is harmless (and inexpensive) at its worst and conventional medicine has not worked well for a patient, then I believe that the said alternative medicine should be tried.
