Nero is back home. I wrote a little bit about that on my main account, but it definitely has to have its place in my diary, too. After a lon week of fighting the poising he’s here, in my flat, which is unusual because he’s an outdoor cat. But he still has his feeding tube in, so it wouldn’t be a good idea to let him go outside. He’s eating, drinking water, and already used my improvised sand box I made for him. Successfully, as the dirt everywhere proves. Well, I’ll clean that up I guess.
The day was quite slow. Ellie and I went out yesterday and it got late. A friend of mine is going out these days because her 3 kids and husband are in the US, so she’s enjoying that freedom. It’s great to be able to hang out with her and the rest. Ellie loves them, too, so we had quite the blast.
I did work a little on my client list. Already at 86 of 250 contacts. “Already”. I really don’t enjoy taking the numbers out by hand, but apparently it has to be done that way. I’ll get it done eventually. Overall, I really didn’t feel much like working today. Nor walking, barely made it to the step count by strolling around in the flat while doing Duolingo. But tomorrow is another day! And a busy one, I’m sure.
I’m going to read the story to Lily now. She’s asleep already, but maybe her mom lets her listen to it in the morning. Gotta keep trying. I wish you all a good night and thank you for stopping by and reading!

It was a rough night, but we're figuring everything out. Including giving him medication, which he does not enjoy. But dissolving and mixing with tuna water works nicely.
