Right? A meal of some good cheese and a pile of kimchee is all I need to be happy at table.
I watched a clip of Korean parents enjoying a full English breakfast the other day. Half way through they got up to get the kimchee and enjoyed it even more. Hash brown and kimchee, blood pudding and kimchee... I kinda get it!
If I had to choose one food...
A good kimchee makes everything amazing...
