Which Telescope will first Photograph the other?
Which of the following will happen first?
- Hubble Space Telescope will take a photo of James Webb Space Telescope
- James Webb Space Telescope will take a photo of Hubble Space Telescope

Unless the scientists deliberately plan for either telescope to take a photograph of the other, there is very little chance for it to happen unintentionally because of the size of the Earth's thermosphere. The chances are astronomically low.
I agree. My suggestion is that it would be done as a non-scientific mission, which tend to happen at the end of the lifetime of a project. Eg. Voyager photographing Earth, New Horizons being part of a stereoscopic photo of Proxima Centauri, Curiosity rover taking a selfie and singing Happy Birthday (though those were not at end of life).

I guess those satellites are not in focusing distance from another.
JWST will actually be quite distant.
Hubble has also been able to take decent photos of the moon which is closer than JWST.

What I'm not sure about is if JWST will be large enough for Hubble to spot. Hubble can barely see things smaller than a football field on the moon, JWST is 4 times further away and much smaller than a football field. It might just be a single pixel on the image.
I think it's very unlikely JWST will ever point at Hubble because a) it has much better things to be doing and b) pointing so close to the Earth would be very dangerous for the telescope.
