Albert Einstein referred to quantum entanglement as "spooky action at a distance." It's a phenomenon by which one particle can effectively "know" something about another particle instantaneously, even if those two particles are separated by a great distance.
A version of this happened to my brother and I a few days ago. My wife and I were having a late lunch and ordered queso as an appetizer at a Mexican restaurant here in Sedona, AZ. I knew how much my brother loves queso so I sent him a picture of it. Two seconds later he sends me a picture of queso.

He and his wife were at a Mexican restaurant having the very same thing at the same time two-thousand miles away and across two time zones. To make matters even more strange in was a very late lunch for us (1:30pm) and a very early dinner for them (4:30pm). Spooky for sure, as well as freaking hilarious. This universe is a mysterious place.
Speaking of Physics…
Eric Weinstein, recently appeared on the JRE podcast. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I’ve had an intense interest in the UFO phenomena for as long as I can remember. So much so that it’s one of my greatest wishes to learn the truth about it before I leave this Earth.
I believe peppered throughout this four hour podcast are many valid clues to direct us towards finding out more about what exactly is going on. If you have even a moderate interest in exotic physics, aliens/ufos, as well as the alleged government cover-ups this podcast is an excellent investment of your time. Not only does it bring up novel questions but gives us exciting new clues and trails to follow.
One Week and Counting
I’ll truly miss this view. The first thing I do after I wake up is pull open the blinds to see what breathtaking scene will be waiting for me in the morning. This is what I saw this morning.

My wife and I have seven more days in this picturesque red rock desert. The time has gone by quickly, as always, but we’re ready to get back to our normal life. I've gotten a lot of great writing done during our time here.

The weather here in the desert southwest has been beyond abnormal (and abysmal) – snow, torrential rains, and lots of flood warnings and evacuations. It’ll be interesting to see if this is a once in a century weather pattern or the new normal.
I shot this footage of Oak Creek in Sedona a few days ago. You can typically walk across this creek in most places but these days it’s better suited for white water rafting.
All for now. Trust your instincts, invest in you, live boldly, and take chances.

Poetry should move us, it should change us, it should glitch our brains, shift our moods to another frequency. Poetry should evoke feelings of melancholy, whimsy, it should remind us what it feels like to be in love, or cause us to think about something in a completely different way. I view poetry, and all art really, as a temporary and fragile bridge between our world and a more pure and refined one. This is a world we could bring into creation if enough of us believed in it. This book is ephemera, destined to end up forgotten, lingering on some dusty shelf or tucked away in a dark attic. Yet the words, they will live on in memory. I hope these words become a part of you, bubble up into your memory when you least expect them to and make you feel a little more alive.
Pick up a copy of Ephemera today on Amazon.

Most of us have experienced a moment of perfect peace at least once in our lives. In these moments we lose ourselves and feel connected to everything. I call these mindful moments. Words can’t describe how complete they make us feel.
These moments are usually fragile, evaporating in seconds. What if there was a way to train your mind to experience more of them? It’s deceptively easy and requires nothing more than a subtle shift in mindset. My new book, Mindful Moments, will teach you to be much more content despite the chaos and imperfect circumstances continuing to unfold around you. Upgrade your life experience today for only $15.99 on Amazon.com.
Let’s Keep In Touch

Love the queso quantum entanglement ;) As you love UFOs, cover-ups, quantum mechanics (BTW, I do too), are you familiar with Gaia? The newest season of the Deep Space series (season #4) is mind-blowing. It kicks off with an introduction of the Galactic Federation.
Thank you, yes, I have heard of Gaia! My wife's cousin, Regina Meredith, has a show on that platform. The series sounds like it would be right up my alley. Eric Weinstein seems to believe there may be something like the Galactic Federation that's preventing open contact with the public here on Earth. It's all so fascinating, isn't it? I have no doubt there's life elsewhere in the universe and I'm 99.9% sure they're navigating here and operating just behind the veil of our "reality".
What a small world, or should I say 3D illusion? ;) Regina Meredith is the narrator of Deep Space. I like her interview style and some of her guests are absolutely amazing, such as for example Billy Carson. I guess we'll hear a lot more about the Galactic Federation in the years to come. There are way too many people "waking" up and realizing that we can indeed become an interstellar species. We can definitely evolve from our current type zero civilization. Overcoming the time-space barrier is crucial for galaxy hopping though. Such an interesting topic. Fascinating indeed!
That is too funny! I think you queso looks better than his. Man, now I am hungry for queso! Wow, that flooding is nuts! It will be interesting to see if this continues. I don't think they can handle much more down there!
We will definitely never forget it (the queso and the weather)! It's weird how infectious just seeing a picture of the queso is. Lol. Oh boy, this rain is unbelievable. They've had two separate evacuations here in the low lying areas because of the flooding. It's strange to hear the phones going off (like an amber alert) at random times. We drove along Oak Creek on the way to lunch a few days ago and saw the devastation from the flooding. The mountains are just melting away from the deluge, red rock is spilling onto the roads and snapping trees on the way down. I feel bad for those who live in the low lying areas. I would never want to buy land in the lower elevations.
Yeah I hear that. The damage from the flood we had a couple of years ago was nuts. There are still areas recovering. I see they are getting a lot of bad weather down south. I hope it all moves on by the time we get down there.
Northeast Ohio was getting pounded yesterday. Hopefully you all didn't get any of that. It seems the worst has passed us here in AZ. We should be able to enjoy our last week.
I just saw a news story that another bomb cyclone is heading for Cali, so you might want to check that. Not sure what part. My wife and I were down at Hilsdale College in Michigan yesterday because our nieces Tiffin University team was playing there. A lot of Tiffin parents came and I heard some of them talking about how they had lost power. I know my nieces roommate is from the NE part of Ohio.
Cali is definitely where our weather originates from so we'll have to keep an eye on that. It's been changing very quickly here. I see rain's in the forecast for Thursday now. That wasn't there when I last checked. What a strange year!
Global warming doesn't exist though.... Actually, I have seen some people argue this is just a natural cycle and since no one was around the last time it happened to record it, how do we really know I guess...
And yesterday we were not visited by extraterrestrials! More than one was expecting it. Your post yesterday and this one make me reflect on how mysterious the universe can be. Thank God we humans don't have the answers to all the questions. For example: what thread may be connecting things? Where, in which book, is it written that the things that happen to us happen to us? Is it true that we reincarnate as a group? Is it true that all of us who reincarnate in this group are destined to meet, even if only for an instant? Who is dreaming us? What dreamer has built your life, mine, the opportunity to read you, to interact, even though you live in the north and I live in the south of America. Like that river that flows, sometimes slow and slow, sometimes fierce and fast, so does life. An excellent weekend, my friend. Take care of yourself.
Did someone predict ufos would land there where you are? I feel the same way, I like that there are mysteries left. I have no doubt that everything is connected in some miraculous way. There are so many questions I'd like to learn the answers to, thankfully we live in an age where this is more possible every day. Thank you Nancy and take care! I hope you and the family enjoy your weekend.
I love making queso on my Big Green Egg. It adds just a little smoke to the cheesy goodness.
Sedona looks so beautiful. It's on my list now. :)
I can't even imagine how good that is! You should definitely check it out. If you decide to visit let me know and I'll send recommendations your way.
I listened to that one and damn, one of the best podcasts I've ever heard. Eric Weinstein is great. His bro, too.
I agree, he is so brilliant I'm listening twice. I think the best part about Eric is he explains things so the layman can grasp the concepts. The interview has given me so many reference points to research further. One of these days I'll share some of my experiences, I've witnessed some wild stuff.
What's taking you so long? :P
I've struggled with the stigma behind people who make this kind of thing public, especially with me being a writer. I've had a handful of experiences, in childhood and young adulthood, and some of the memories of them are embedded in my sci-fi fiction.
I've heard the stories of others and about how the experiences scarred them but for me they've been transformational, bordering on spiritual. I'm getting to the point in my career now where I don't care as much about the stigma behind making this public so I'll likely be writing about it soon. Covid made me realize how fragile life is too so I want to get it documented before it's too late.
Packaging something as fiction or a dream, with a wink, can get through that.
Yes, the time seems right now and there's no better place to chronicle the experiences than on the blockchain.
That queso story is so funny...especially the timing part! Similar things have happened in my life as well and it always amazes me lol.
Man that flooding looks treacherous. Hopefully some of the water that's falling makes it down to the aquafer instead of all washing away. Still, it would have been better to let you have a nice dry vacation lol. At least you two are having a good time, in spite of the rain.
UFOs and aliens are out there I believe. Too many strange coincidences for there to be no merit to the stories.
Talk about synchronicity! My brother and I have always had that kind of connection.
It's been the worst most of the locals can remember. I spoke with a Navajo woman a few weeks ago who was in her late sixties and she said it's the worst she's seen. I've managed to get some good writing done since we've been homebound at least.
I believe in them too. We had lots of experiences with them in Ohio where I grew up. I think they've been with us for our entire history. I would just love to learn more about them.
Nice to know you are very compact with your only brother. I've seen you once posted a childhood photo of the two of you. Currently the world is getting smaller due to the very advanced telecommunication. long distance is not a barrier to always get along and compact with the people you love. Have a nice day, Eric.
Technology does make it so much easier to stay close to friends and family. I'm very thankful that we've remained close through these decades of living far apart. I hope you enjoy your weekend. Thank you, Eliana!
You know scientists think parallel universes might exist according to this matter of fact.
Weinstein talks a bit about parallel universes in this podcast. It's very interesting to think about!
Wow what a coincidence, To be honest, this has never happened to me your and your brother's thoughts and choices are very similar which I was very happy to see. And in the picture you have shown us the view of natural beauty I have always wished to see such a view and I am sure one day I will see Insha'ALLAH.
We are very much alike in a lot of ways. I really like when these kinds of mysterious things happen. It's a good reminder that not everything can be explained in life.
Yes, I have seen two brothers shopping the same, I have seen the clothes of two brothers are the same, I have seen the same hair style, I have also seen favorite dishes of two brothers similar but this is the first time I have seen two brothers sitting so far (two-thousand miles) and ordering the same dash. Hahahaha
It's really spooky that you get to be eating the same thing.
What can i say , it's a small world.
This probably happens to many people more often than they realize.
How wonderful 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
Thanks! Hope you're well!
Check in at hospital on Tuesday for my surgery on the spine but soon I will dance again

The queso dish look so nice and yummy to have a taste.
I've experienced this 'spooky action at a distance' with a handful of people over the years. It really is spooky, but some of us definitely are connected,
Quite amazing what happened to you and your brother!
The weather seems to have gone out if sync all over the world, just crazy to have rain like that in the desert!
Enjoy what's left of your holidays Eric xxx
