Well it's good to diversify your investments by buying a few other cryptos as well but if you are not profiting from it after hodling it for some time then I guess you should dump those cryptos and put that money somewhere else which you think does seem to be potentially profitable after some time.
Talking of myself, I had invested a little sum in a few cryptos in the crypto space. Some of them were the popular ones and also among the top in the list of cryptos. I bought it and forgot about it for some time. If I am not wrong I just hodled it approx for more than an year but I couldn't see any value in it because it didn't look to be making some profits for me so I just dumped all those tokens.
Dumped For What?
Well I believe that if you see a new project that look promising and also look potentially profitable then I don't think that there is something wrong in dumping your other cryptos and investing it in the one you believe to be good for you in terms of profits in future.
Now, it doesn't mean that wherever you see a new project looking to be profitable and you invest in it without doing your research. Research is a must, you have to take a risk that comes under the definition of Calculated Risk.
Crypto market being very volatile, in terms of keeping yourself on the safer side, invest around 5% of your portfolio in it. Or the money you can afford to lose.
One thing we have to learn is to hodl. Yeah, there are some cryptos that don't give you enough positive results with hodling and that is what I believe you should be dumping it.

Occasional "crypto portfolio cleaning" is actually a need... I avoid doing that as sometimes I got emotionally connected with some project/token, but that's something that I have to work on... No emotions, just fact,s and fundamentals... ;)
