Everyone expects a better world and they always find the fault of others and try to teach them or give them suggestions on what others need to do. We can also give suggestions of how to make a better world. We feel upset to see others doing something wrong because it's not beneficial for society, the country as well as for the world. Most of the time we blame our government or the powerful people for everything and we feel bad thinking that if we were in the position we would do better than them.

Believe it or not, every human is selfish and greedy and everyone thinks about them only most of the time. It's the harsh reality and those people who say that they don't have any selfish intention then they are telling lies only. Everyone wants to get the maximum facility if we have the ability and we don't hesitate to misuse the power to get the facility. There exists a proverb and it's "Everyone is honest for the lack of opportunity". Most of the people fear about losing their dignity and that is the reason, why some people don't try to do any wrong thing in front of others. When we give them power they will show their true face and it's a matter of time.
Does it mean it's impossible to make a better world? Obviously, it's not impossible but it's not so easy. In spite of having greediness and selfishness, we can be a good man. And it's not necessary to make every people good for a better world. We know that we have many bad qualities but instead of it, we can be good humans if our good qualities can overcome the bad qualities.
It is impossible to make a better world overnight. I think it will take at least some generation to make a better world. I think having the quality of humanity in most of people's character can help to make the world better. Humanity is the thing which can restrict a human from doing something against humanity means it's impossible to do something wrong when we have humanity because our character won't allow us to do that. But is it possible to spread humanity to maximum people's character? As I said it's not easy and it may take several generations to make a better world. So what can we do to make a better world?
The first thing we can do is make ourselves better and try to overcome our selfishness and greedy motives as much as we can. I know it's not an easy task but we should try to make it possible to expect a better world. We should try to spread positivity in the world but it will start from the family. Firstly we need to spread positivity in our family and then spread it to some other family. After that, we need to spread it in community, society, country, and then all countries.
But I think we can't spread it in everyone's character because some people will remain the same because they are receiving good facilities for being dishonest or for having the ability to take advantage illegally. So it doesn't matter how much we try we won't be able to spread the positive qualities fully in everyone's character. So, we need to ensure the spreading of those positive qualities in the next generation's kids. They are the future of the future world. If they have the ability of being honest and overcome the greediness and selfishness then they will hold the same thoughts as we are trying to spread. So that they will try to do the same thing what we are trying to do. If they start spreading positivity then their success rate will be better than our time and if they also ensure the spread the positivity to the next generation then it will bring more success. If such kind of thing continues for several generations then the positivity will spread all over the world. So after several generations, we can expect a beautiful and better world but it's just a hypothesis and some obstacles exist and can fail the hypothesis I explained here.
The first thing is spreading positivity is not so easy and it's very difficult to spread the negativity also. We need to spread positivity but negativity spreads automatically and naturally and people easily thick the negativity for various kinds of benefits. I think it's almost impossible to stop spreading the negative means taking the negative habits in one's character almost impossible. Besides, there is no guarantee that the next generation will hold the same thoughts as we have and many of them can choose to take the wrong way also.
Darkness and light can't be separated. Like that, we can't isolate the negativity of one's character from positively also. So dreaming for a better world seems like a dream to me because from the current position of the world, it seems impossible but still I am hoping for a better world because I think we should not lose hope anytime.

You are right. We can't blame anyone for destruction happening in the world because we are the ones who doing it. Now we are in such kind of place where we and only spread positivity for a better world and it should start for us.
We should spread positivity as much as we can without caring about the notice of the people. I agreed it is very difficult to make a world better but we can move gradually towards it. We should overcome our demerits first and later we should move to educate people because it will be easy then.
Indeed it's a very difficult one for us but we can't leave our future generation just depending on luck. I think At least we can try to make the world better for them which will make their life more easy and comfortable. For that, we need to come out from our selfish motives.
