This post is the continuation of my story presented in advance, in which it ends at the moment I met the manager of the branch. Carlos Ruibal was very influential in my growth career within the company, a very capable, creative and above all, very good person.

You imagine this situation!
Less than 5 hours ago, I had my first conflict with my manager, Mr. Salazar, for assisting the dispatch officers. The cleaner was clear and precise that he should not work for another sector, at this time he was being led by the manager of the branch to provide service in the sales room.
This would not end well!
I tried to explain what happened and the situation I had just experienced with my boss directly to Mr. Ruibal, as expected. He just smiled, then said.
-Do not worry! If you ever have a problem with your manager, tell him that please acurrate the management, I will explain the situation, meanwhile, learn everything you have to teach Julio Carrizo (Head of the commercial room)

A work of precision, a lack of merchandise in a gondola, if it is not well managed can cause the loss of a customer, a customer who can not find a product or several, can compete with the competition and satisfy their needs there and may not return to the branch office.
- Price signage
Not least, this work is extremely important for two reasons.

The next morning about to retire, Mr. Salazar learned that he would work for another sector if the corresponding authorization, try to explain what happened. But this is an other history.
As I said the separation from my parents was very traumatic, I missed everything that I had known before, however when I got used to it, I learned.
