The killer believes in anarchy. Now, keep in mind that not all versions of anarchy is created equal, some may be better and some could be very bad, it depends. But shows and films can display a monopoly view of anarchy as opposed to the nuance of different types of anarchy and the desire to shrink federal and global control and power.

Super Banks Means Super Debt

The problem with super banks is when they loan you out fake money but then demand real money in return. When you pay back the load, you may be paying back real money as opposed to fake money or you may be paying back a different set of money. For too long, money has been not only printed by these super banks but also regulated around the world. Governments will order the super banks or third parties to print out paper bills but then will have to pay it back. It becomes perpetual debt.

Saving The Constitution by Richard Proctor PhD

11:12 AM - A book I'm reading

It seems in the late 1700's around the forming of the united states, slavery was encouraged, sponsored, funded, by the Bank of England or in other words either by the Rothschild family who funded the Bank of England or people very similar to that and in fact the same types of people who are going around funding China, world wars, globalism, etc, even in the 2020's it seems in many ways. In some ways, it seems America was never truly freed as the banking cartels were always there. Well, some of the Presidents like Andrew Jackson may have saved the day a few times. There were 2 central banks in America. They were ended which means the world bankers lost. But then they came back with the Federal Reserve in 1913 which is their third attempt at having a bank of America similar to how they established a Bank of England which is a central bank as well.

Federalists vs Anti-Federalists

11:20 AM

Two main political groups around 1776 during the founding of the USA were the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists.

Federalists were for centralized federal government while Anti-federalists were more for decentralized federal government in order to strengthen the power of state government.

There was originally supposed to be one state representative per 30,000 people according to the constitution but that was violated 2 years later when it changed to 50,000 people. Around 200 years later, now it has climbed to 700,000 people or more as it has always been growing. That is a major reason for the term Fly-Over Country as there are less representatives in the countryside and too many in the larger cities. America was centralized excessively thanks to cities like New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, OR, Miami, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, etc. It's the Tower of Babel Syndrome of coming together too much. God said we are to be fruitful and to multiply all around the earth. Coming together goes against the design we were blessed with.

I think representatives were representing the people in the state and the senators were representing the states in the federal congress or senate or they use the word Convention which is interesting and I don't know when the Convention ended or what Convention means or what it was specifically. I'm thinking we should go back to that. Oddly, it seems the 17th amendment took too much power from senators to allegedly give it back to people or to a democracy deception which is probably a major thrust to government spending too much money or more money than they had.

Constitution Means Contract

The constitution is a contract. Sadly, some of the amendments, which are like added clauses after a contract is signed, began violating the constitution. In other words, violating the a contract renders the contract null or void or it at least renders the added clauses null. It's disqualified. It become illegal, unconstitutional.

Facebook Contract

Social media network websites like Facebook signed contracts with their users. So, in other words, when you go and sign up or register to join Facebook, you're signing their constitution, their rules, their policy, their terms and services, their code of conduct. It is very easy to understand that when two parties agree to a contract, then that contract is the law of that land. However, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and others have added clauses or amendments which ends up violating the original contract between them and their users. That is why they sometimes try to make you resign the contract. They sometimes make you agree to the contract again because they know their new terms violated their original terms or contract. Likewise, some of the amendments have violated the original contract or constitution of the united states.

Nuclear option means winning by 51% percent which is what the constitution says. Congress made up the 61% rule which is not constitutional. The Vice President was there as a tie-breaker in case they were deadlocked at 50%.

Article I, Section 5, Paragraph 2

This paragraphs talks about how a house can remove members for disorderly conduct.

Congressional Record

This is a public journal of what happens in the house minus anything deemed needing Secrecy.

Article I: Sextion 6: Paragraph 1:

Senators and representatives cannot be arrested "in all Cases, except Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace" according to Article I: Section 6: Paragraph 1 of the constitution, that is during their attendance at the Session of their respective Houses. It goes on to give them freedom of speech in either House or "be questioned in any other Place."

Treason

What is Treason? According to the Webster's Dictionary of 1828, treason in the united states is confined to the actual levying of war against the united states or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

Felony

What is a felony? The Webster's Dictionary of 1828 defines felony as "In common law, any crime which incurs the forfeiture of lands or goods."

Breach of the Peace

What does Breach of the Peace mean? The definition probably includes inciting citizens to riot. If President Trump did incite people to start the Capitol Riot on Wednesday, the 6th of January of 2021, then Congress should have met to debate that or perhaps take it to the Supreme Court or any court really in order to determine with evidence that Trump started it. But in reality, FBI black hats, Black Lives Matter (BLM), Antifa, Qanon Qtards, Soros paid terrorists, other gangs, groups, paid protestors, etc, were planning to storm the capitol at least a few days before that. According to Millie Weaver, the plan was talked about in leaked Zoom video calls back around October of 2020 or perhaps sooner. It has been ongoing. If you examine what Trump said in Washington DC that same day, January 6, you will see he said they should protest peacefully. Long story short, Trump was not guilty of inciting violence. But if people were to accuse him of doing so, then if found guilty, if convicted, then Trump could have been removed on the 6th. We wouldn't have to wait until the 20th to get rid of Orange Man Bad. In reality, many Democrats are guilty of inciting violence which leads to BLM and other groups burning down cities like Seattle, New York City, Chicago, Portland, OR, etc.

Ten days of darkness
President can veto a bill within ten days not counting Sunday. Skip Sunday. Six day weekday week kind of thing.
Pocket veto is when a President pockets a bill knowing Congress will not be meeting those ten days and that results in an automatic veto by default. Not a Presidential Veto but more like the bill dissolves by default, AKA Pocket Veto.

First Bank

1791, Congress approved, unconstitutionally, the First Bank in the united states. This bank was owned and controlled by the Bank of England. That was later dismantled probably by Andrew Jackson or did he dismantle the 2nd bank?

Second Bank

1816, the second central bank, called the Second Bank of the united states, was established. Both of these 2 banks had a charter limit of 20 years. These two banks dissolved or were ended after a certain time period, I'm guessing around 20 years per bank. The third bank or attempt at controlling America, the Federal Reserve, had no expiration date set. No 20 year charter, no time limit.

Federal Reserve

1913, Congress approved the Federal Reserve Act which was the beginning of the third central bank in what became the United States Corps.

What is a Super Bank?

A super bank is what I'm coining, calling, and defining as a central bank like the First Bank, the Second Bank, the Federal Reserve, the Bank of England, and other world banks.

Problem with Super Banks

The problem with super banks is when they loan you out fake money but then demand real money in return. When you pay back the load, you may be paying back real money as opposed to fake money or you may be paying back a different set of money. For too long, money has been not only printed by these super banks but also regulated around the world. Governments will order the super banks or third parties to print out paper bills but then will have to pay it back. It becomes perpetual debt.

How do banking cartels control money?

The central banks or banking cartels control money by manipulating how much of which country's currencies are printed, that is the quantities of different currencies in which they print and sell out with interest. They control the supply and demand of different currencies which are often traded for other currencies. They can also trade and exchange the very currencies they sell. Countries are generally buying the money the central banks sell to them. Many times, countries end up in debt and have to buy the money with money they don't have. And then have to pay it back with the fake money they were sold. But they have to pay it back with interest which means they have to go in even more debt as they already don't have money in the first place. It is impossible to pay back because negative numbers can't be used to break even. For example, negative two plus negative two equals negative four. The number gets bigger in the wrong direction. That is money when it is not backed up by gold. One of my goals in life is in finding ways to help people understand the different money systems and the problems therein. It is true many different things can have value or hold value. Money is valuable but so is our time. Gold is very valuable. Land is valuable and that is why Bill Gates is buying or stealing too much of it in America right now.

Airplane falls out of the sky, all dead except the pilot or somebody like that, hope he is not the killer. It looks like former military men took down the plane with like missiles. Not missiles but a hack. That is why planes should have manual override and should not have a failure to turn off the wireless networking, backdoors, etc.

Story of a man who thinks there are bugs in him but maybe just in his head. He kidnaps people and tries to get them to see. First guy says get them off me and runs into traffic and gets run over. Next man covered in bugs. This episode mocks conspiracy theorists who question vaccines. He says don't drink the water, it can make you sick. That is an Alex Jones joke to make the freaking frogs gay. It is true there is bad stuff like fluoride in water which causes problems in people. The CDC is in this episode. Support group for people who think crazy things and that the government is out to get them. Woman is afraid of spiders.

Fair. Halloween. He got his son, Jack, a Darth Vader outfit, from Penelope's fortune teller drag man but for free cuz that black man was gay for him. Come out of the rain honey. Weather permitting, wheels up in 30. Meaning they go to fly in their plane or jet in thirty minutes. "Because Halloween traditions are rooted in Christianity...." Did Rossi just say that? If so, that is not true. Well, buts and pieces of it may be true in part but the foundation of Halloween and major aspects of the holiday, as in most of it, is rooted not in Christianity but rather in Pagan traditions. Man had bad childhood. Cuz father would beat him, his sister, and his mom. Would lock him in the trunk. Parents split on that Halloween 12 years ago. Sister came in and said it might have been her brother who kidnaps the kids and have them locked up for one year at a time. They then talk to the mom.

Dear diary, got up around 10:40 AM.

Dream

2021-01-25 - Monday - 10:40 AM - Clam JA

Weird dream about like the Star Wars prequels of the prequels, events before Phantom Menace, as in imaginary films as of right now. Luke Skywalker was probably not in but I thought maybe he was. Kenobi was maybe in it. But I had to think about what I was seeing. It was like Revenge of the Sith but like before Episode I somehow. I thought about the details but forget now. I think no references to Mario and Bowser. But I'm not sure.

Packing Sunday and Monday too, that is today. 5 bags, a box, and a backpack, that is the stuff I have as it appears to end tomorrow in some ways and that is good and not good in a few ways. Currently 12:46 PM on Monday, packing and organizing the past 2 hours since getting up. Hearing noise over there. Peter Pan play, a little noise there. Moved the bed over to the other house. Also, a window, that was yesterday for the window part. Today, a few things like the bed and a night stand. Dusting up in the secret passageway between the two bedrooms or the air vent. This was around 2 PM for like 2 hours. Around 4 PM for 90 minutes or less, Nerf in the dark, keep away, capture the flag, monkey in the middle, a funny inverted horse for bad players joke game. Knockout, a few rounds. Chicken house used like a fort. Still reading Saving The Constitution on and off today, including currently at 05:30 PM. Mash potatoes. Gravy. Meatballs. Dog man comics. Cat man comics. Talk about Minecraft and making a Bowser level in Mario Maker 2 he said. This cookie as my best of this week I said and no bad. Write down what you like and dislike and I didn't know it would be read. Youth group is what I went to as a kid. What do you like about church or God and everything and dislike. Yellow ranger, second edition. Slow music not so much. Rules ok he said but Peter Pan. The joy of living. We want to live and not die. Focus on the good over the bad. Is water wet or does it only make things wet debate. No apples to apples. A card game. Hugs can be good for Batman. And for others. Headbands. Easy game. Different universe. Ugly duck. Black sheep. Odd couple. Scientist. Joey Arnold show. Apartment in Seattle or in the countryside. Guessing a goat. Goods vs the bads. sugar tax.
