I come from a very interesting generation. I was born in the late 70's so I'm old enough to 'know better' but still young enough to have grown up with a lot of this tech stuff. When I was growing up, we didn't have social media. We didn't have 'fake news'. All we had was the 6 o'clock news, the 11 o'clock news and the daily newspaper.
That served us. We weren't hit with the constant questions about....Is that real? Is what we saw legit? Is it AI? What's going on here....Still, because of how I was raised and where I was raised, I never really trusted the media ever. Remember, this is WAY before the internet, so not trusting the 'news' was different. Most of the trusted people in the public image were in fact, news anchors and news paper writers.
So because of that...I questioned everything!
Guess what...
That hasn't stopped. In fact, my investigation into faith led me to ask a whole bunch of questions. I read a lot, researched, and when I started growing my faith...Prayed a lot! And what was so clear to me from the beginning of my walk with Christ was that I had to accept and trust every single word of Scripture.
From Genesis to Revelation. And even the parts I didn't 'like' or understand. Which seems to be rare in today's version of Christianity.
The traditions of man have become front and center. Nevermind what the bible says, what does your favorite pastor say? What does the news media say? Or.....

What do the politicians say?
So this is a snap shot (not AI by the way lol) of a bunch of faith leaders praying over Trump in the Oval Office.
Now go see what the Evangelical right are saying on social media! They are eating this up! Their beloved President seems to be on board with Christianity and everyone is super excited....
So like I was mentioning, I don't trust a thing when it comes to what we are told and shown. I trust God.
I'm not anti-Trump and I'm not pro-Trump. Neither left wing or right wing. I'm focused on one government and one only....The one is heaven!
And folks, this is an example of what is coming down the pipe line....We are seeing church and state being merged. And as a bible believing Christian and one who studies prophecy daily, this is a good news, bad news thing.
Bad news....Mark of the beast could be right around the corner. And one of the last times church and state mixed we got.....The Roman Church system. Wanna see how that went? Google the Inquisition and Dark Ages.....See how many people of faith were killed for disagreeing with...Church and state.
The good news......And it's REALLY good news....Christ is coming back!
Looking at this picture again....I think of what Christ said when it came to church and state....

Matthew 22 highlights what Christ thought of governments. He didn't hate them. He lived under Roman rule and He knew they were going to eventually crucify Him. Yet He was very clear that the government should get what is their due and God what is His. The verses don't say....Marry them both, let the Pharisees run the Romans....Separation.
So when you see these things happening in the world, know that it's near, even at the door. It could be next month it could be in years, or it could happen in a 100 years....But let's make sure we have our lamps trimmed like the wise virgins of Matthew 25.
Right wing...
Left wing....
It doesn't matter. It's the same evil bird.

The word of God is ever standing sure, unshakable, that's the anchor of our everlasting faith in God and eternity.
Trump no matter how much he tries can not change God and his covenant.
God over everything! My approach to life :)
That's the best approach and the Godly way.
Thank you 👍😊
Definitely a clear sign of Church and State marrying each other.
I see it as a grotesque spectacle and nothing more.
I know Trump doesn't believe a word in the bible, he never read a book in his life.
They all know it as well. All this performance... cost them nothing. The real cost of this conflict will be payed by the tax payers, troops and innocent civilians in various countries.
Whether its prophecy or not, I know that these hands are greedy. They all have stock portfolios stacked. They win either way, because this costs them nothing, not even their dignity.
Your focus on questioning everything is important, particularly in our current world where misinformation is everywhere.
If it doesnt make sense, I'm always watching it with a side eye lol

I don’t even need to translate that to know what it says :)
Hallelujah, glory to God
Good morning Jongo, when I see how things are panning out as the years goes by, 2 Timothy 3:1-5 and Matthew 24:12 comes to mind.
Today's society shows clear signs of iniquity or lawlessness and moral decay abounding, as described in biblical prophecy.
These reflect a rejection of God's standards, leading to widespread selfishness and harm.
Key Signs
Rising violence and crime:
Increased brutality, murder, and strife, echoing end-times warnings like the days of Noah.
Moral normalization of evil: Celebration of sexual immorality, perversion, and injustice, with rejection of divine ethics.
Selfishness and greed: Corruption, deceit, envy, and self-aggrandizement dominating politics, business, and relationships.
Erosion of family and affection: Broken families, lack of natural love, disobedience, and oppression of the vulnerable.
Cultural and spiritual rebellion: Pride, God-hating attitudes, false teachings, and darkened hearts turning from truth.
May the Almighty God keep us safe and sound.Amen!!!
agreed. and some will say that these things have always been happening. but it’s the rapidity of the events that screams prophetic for me
There is no world leaders more powerful than Christ
Indeed!!
Due to corruption in the Philippines, a traveler might end up in prison without having committed any crime. This is because corruption in the country remains widespread and here is its history: [Philippines: the islands of evil] Altar of Secrets Sex, Politics, and Money in the Philippine Catholic Church 6/93
