How PROJECTBLANK could Curb Retention Issues & Disagreement On Content Reward

in LeoFinance3 years ago

Contenting is challenging and no one would say otherwise; most times it takes a lot of thoughts to put together and most times many people would rather not do a post because there's a thin line between a post and a shit post; the community itself is decisive. Having a social voice of what's right to warrant a reward, people's opinion sometimes is what goes on to show things like disagreement of reward, what gets flagged and what pass.

While hive is relatively free of these flag wars currently should you have prices at about $2 people would be back to posting shitty things, activating their auto votes and of course taking these chunk of rewards, money comes with greed, more greed comes with the prospect of more money and it only takes the right prices for disagreement of rewards and flagging to return back to hive.

In reality; we have apps like Dbuzz that makes it it easy for people to throw in their two cents without having to write a whole page and with the 1$ I'll say it's even under used. Nevertheless the prospect of microblogging without people having to abuse the system is a massive hindrance to mass adoption. Inasmuch as there's a believe that SEO posts and whatnot will bring exposure to hive.

Yes, it will, but people will come and go and not stay and hence we wouldn't have the problem or exposure but the problem of retention. Retention is more difficult because its the usability of a place that brings about retention. Many people would still prefer to making their 70$ per post and not care about adoption or retention, this is an Oligarch mindset but then in the long run we would eventually need more people, more exposure which in turn gurantees more sucess.

Why has cub Finance been a relative sucess when it comes to development and all round? Because its even relatable with everyone who knows about DeFi. Truth is hive sometimes doesn't feel relatable and inasmuch as people majorly come for money, if the money eventually doesn't come as much as they expect the experience can of course make the stay and this is why ProjectBLANK will be huge to retention and adoption on hive.

Make no mistake. Hive has done lustrously well in a year of forking. Many people had doubts as to if it'll survive, a lot others predicted that it would regret forking off steem, they basically say this using price as a valuation to judge, but then time will come to replicate the massive development that's been built overtime in price, for now building is more important because if the building isn't complete before we have those massive ATH then we would only leechers and not an established system of community.

Back to contenting, I believe leofinance is huge part of hive and of course PROJECTBLANK will come in handy at this moment. People want to say what they want without having to think they have shiposted, the prospect of microblogging without having to abuse the reward system would be great. I don't know how this will be done since i'm not really the savvy or techy type. I believe in the intent of a content and not the size sometimes.

There could be a massive exposure for hive when microblogging relatively become a thing and quite atractive too. We would see many more People engage, blog and of course create their userbase here. Many do not have to SEO gurus go get noticed or basically own those massive hive power for seamless jerking, it will be a neutral ground and of course a new beginning, ProjectBLANK would come in handy at the cusp of hive showing promises.

My name is @Josediccus, a young Nigerian student who is a Vlogger, A Psychologist, Poet And Sports Writer/Analyst. I'm using my contents as a process to create shared meaning as well as create expressions through which people on/off hive can relate. I believe content is a process to be enjoyed and relished and I'm up for any collaborations in my field stated above. Cheers

O wouldn't compare Project Blank with dbuzz although the first one is not out yet. In regards of rewards and microbloging types of posts I'd say that even a tweet has in itself the value of a hundred dollar post. Depends a lot on what is about and how it is put out.

I wouldn't compare it too because I don't know what ProjectBLANK would bring, I was just saying that Dbuzz in itself that suppose to bring microblogging of a sort hasn't really been 100%

You are absolutely right @josediccus. #ProjectBlank can totally change the game for small time users. Also, it's easier to communicate via byte sized text. I am excited. 👍👻

You're definitely right, it could shift attention and we can have many users coming in solely to enjoy the microblogging feature.

I love microblogging! It's fast and scalable like HIVE is.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Exactly, it could go a long way for us here on hive and how it would attract users outside the chain.

That will attract millennials for sure. And HIVE needs them to thrive.

Hive has done lustrously well in a year of forking.

Based on what metrics?

In less than a year, let's say around three months into the STEEM for I personally feel more positive and optimism over here on Hive haven been on Steem for quite some years.

Looking at a whole year, I think HIVE have done tremendously well, in terms of developments tribes/communities that migrated over to HIVE kept building and developing.

We can't state Leofinance improvement enough within this short period, Splinterlands and the Brave partnership shouldn't be over looked, 3Speak working on its platform that could possibly create a fair amount of sink for HIVE, Dapplr was born on Hive and the list goes on that I am not even aware of, we can't ignore what Bro tribe is up to as well.

These to me I will have to agree with @josediccus as a successful one year for HIVE.

I only asked what metric he was basing his statement on...

It's all good @lucylin we are here to relate with one another with questions and responses being the center of interactions here.

Wishing you a great day.

Of course, thanks a lot man, everyone basically can see this, there's the positive vibe. The prospect of cub and ProjectBLANK alone is so huge we cant even imagine.

Well if you talk about price then you wouldn't agree

I didn't say that - I never mentioned price .... I asked on what metric do you base the statement ' we've done lustriously well', on?

@josediccus what a great post from you....

@josediccus please i want to ask you,how are you able to reliably sell your HIVE token in nigeria??a friend of mine just got scammed by someone he tried to sell his hive token to.........please help....expecting your response sir..thanks
