Hello everybody 😁
Today was a rainy day and who doesn't love a bowl of warm home made soup on a rainy,chilly day
I did a chicken soup with vegetables and noodles 🤤
Super healthy and yummy

Ingredients :
spring onions
carrots
parsley
celery
savoy
oil
chicken breast with bone ( I removed most of the meat prior for an other dish)
salt and pepper
chicken cube
noodles
You can also use peas,broccoli,cauliflower, brussels sprouts
Remember more vegetables in it makes it better :)
Recipe :
Fry the onions
Add chicken breast bone with leftover meat on it ( you can cook it with skin or don't as you prefer)
and just let the meat and skin get some color
When you did that put in the water ( depends on how much soup you want but min has to cover the whole breast bone )
Add vegetables and chicken cube
Cook it on medium till it boils, when it does just turn it down to minimum
Cover it up and let it cook for an hour
When it's done take the chicken breast bone out and let it cool down for a bit
While the chicken is cooling down strain the soup
When you did that add vegetables back in
Clean the meat from the bone and add it up to the soup
Add noodles and cook it again till it boils
Advice :
I recommend that you cook in pressure cooker but if you don't have one and
additional foam from cooking is starting to form just remove it and ofc don't forget to mix it here and there to avoid 😖🤣
