For all those who follow me know that I love roses .
I currently have 7 or 8 , I'm writing and thinking I'm not sure .
We're thinking of getting a few more and maybe some climbing roses for our little fairy garden .
@ryivhnn gave us a name for our project and my wife liked the name so we accepted it , we'll probably get a fairy to add.

Of the varieties I currently have, I have Tea roses, polyanthus, mini, Paris if I'm not mistaken :)

They are in the front garden. When we planted them, several were already there. And our son was smaller, so we made sure to fit the roses in so that they wouldn't accidentally get pinched.

They are very grateful for the maintenance. Even in addition to the work in the garden, we find time for roses. Because they make the yard much more beautiful with their flowers.

And of course there is the beautiful scent of roses. Every fall we prune and shape them. Because some of them have a tendency to spread out a lot. So that they don't become too crowded, we try to keep them under control.

This is the little fairy garden, my wife has already planted a lot of flowers and has also transplanted some of them. Here we plan to add roses at least on one arch. If you have any suggestions for a rose, a species or some ideas, feel free to tell me.
I can't give any more ideas, because then I'll have to make one like this little fairy garden :)

It's cloudy right now, it rained this morning.
The month of May has brought us a lot of rain and clouds, we hope it won't be too much. There is a danger of aphids in this weather.
Thanks for reading.
Until next time.
Stay healthy.

It's looking soooo gorgeous. I do think you have to grow pretty things as well as edibles,! They bring us pleasure too. Have you ever made a rose hydrosol,?

Thanks, we didn't make rose water - hydrolat.
But my wife has already raved about the benefits of rose hydrolat.
I think she will make it soon.
Beautiful roses.Great job!
Thank you
Your roses and fairy garden project looks beautiful. I like how you protected the, while your son was growing up together.
Thank you. They say in our country, a small child is a small concern. A big child is a big concern. My son is not going to the roses now, but the balls are flying.
Predivne su, obozavam zute ruze

😆
Hee hee but it does so look like a little fairy garden with those lights and the path XD Am looking forward to updates with fairies and flowers when they grow :D
Roses are beautiful, I love them but I don't love the thorns (somehow I always get stabbed, I will even find every thorn on the low thorn varieties). There were some when we moved in but they died as we didn't know the first thing about looking after them. I was thinking about getting some climbing roses for a planned trellis but will probably get some climbing natives instead because I'm a coward x_x
Roses aren't that dangerous :) I don't remember the last time I pricked myself on the rose.My wife is more bothered by nettles than roses.
It's not the roses it's me XD
