Lately I have been drinking fennel tea because I have heard from a friend that it is great for ones health. I drank it every morning when I just woke up for about a week and felt great that week. I felt healthy and urinated more than I usually would and I feel as if that was a sign of a detox. I was grateful that my friend had mentioned this to me because I could feel results in my well being.
I later decided to check out the health benefits that fennel tea has and have come across the following, fennel tea is great to help with digestion and I can guarantee that because it helped me. It also prevents being bloated and it encourages urination. Fennel tea suppresses your appetite and I picked that up because when I drink it, I am full for a long period of time so therefore it could be really helpful with regards to weight loss.
Fennel tea relieves stress and I've been going through some stress so I will definitely be adding fennel tea to my diet and continue having it in the morning when I get up. It relieves gas detoxifies the body, improves your eyesight. It also clears mucus from your airways and helps to boost your metabolism. For nursing women, fennel tea stimulates milk production. Its also really helpful if you have tummy cramps.
There's a lot of benefits that fennel tea has for us. I don't see a reason not to add it to your diet. I would definitely recommend fennel tea. To make it, you basically boil some fennel seeds in water. Once it has boiled, strain it into a cup, wait for the water to cool down and drink up.
I started adding raw ginger slices to my nightly decaf green tea, I think I might find some fennel to add to. Make some kind of a super-tea. Though I eat the ginger at the bottom and would probably eat the fennel seeds, too.
