Do they like you or do they just tolerate you barely?
Are you welcome at all times?
Have you observed some people are welcomed with such a cheer that it makes you jealous? Well, that is because the said person shines through like a 100 Watt bulb.
Do you have it in you to shine and lead the others as well?
Everyone has the ability. It is just that we are with minds which are covered by the cobweb of muddled thoughts, past experiences, and traumas, emotions, vices like jealousy, anger, hatred, and so on that we fail to step forward and be clear to both ourselves and others.
If we are not able to understand our own selves, how will we be able to make others understand us?
That is where we fail to shine through and are caught in our own cobwebs.
How to be bright and shiny and lead the way
Be happy and make others happy - no one likes a castor oil face
Do not develop negative attitudes
Try to help others with a genuine heart
Be simple and sincere
Remove vices like selfishness, jealousy, and hate
Love conquers even the most bitter of hearts

I think it is more important for people to connect with the persons leading them. Or else the charisma will fail. Have you ever seen an MLM agent? The guys who work for agencies like e-biz, some chain things where you have to recruit 2, 4 people under you. I love them for their level of energy. But, they always get rejected for the sole reason. The customer fails to connect with them. They have the energy but they lack the helping mindset.
