I used to push myself a lot but later I understood I should inspire and motivate myself more than pushing myself. Because if I push myself, I ended up stress and in a mess...Because I do panic and can't think properly... So, I just focus and take everything slowly step by step...

That quite true dear, many a times we need to switch to gentle patting rather than that rough and sudden push. We must pick whichever works for us the best :)

Hello sister @thisis.zara,Thanks for usually make motivation discussions on 3speak community. Actually before push myself I consider what types of motivation things I should follow. Sometimes I got help from my close friend or relative people what I shouldn't clear something in this subject. But many times I got help from better books. Success is a subject where spreading wide area. So slowly we need to learn one step by next step. When we catch the path we have ability to push ourselves.
