已经有快2年，从这家店开业到现在我都是一直来此，每个月都来“报道”～“发如雪美发店”刚开业的时候生意不怎么可观人流量很少，如今去需要排队等候；但是我去过第一次后觉得老板在剪头发的时候很认真很用心手艺不错人又实在话不多但是都会每次来都会唠两句，从刚开始我一个人在此剪头到媳妇也去小孩也去，如今还办的有卡，媳妇还在这做了头发。只有基本功扎实，为人踏实，以及对行业热

My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2020
这几天媳妇在参加军训和公司企业文化学习，马上就接近尾声了，从她每天的总结里可以看出她对这次培训还是有很多感悟和收获，有团队协作，提高积极性，团队服从意识以及不抱怨心态等等，对于企业文化学习更是对公司的认识了解发展变化以及标准目标，这也是对新进人员今后发展打下参考学习，是必不可少的，最后学习完毕结束还会进行不止一次的考核淘汰。就像大哥们常说企业的发展就会优胜劣

本月的干部学习伟哥给我们讲述了“2019年经济形势与企业变革”这个话题可以看出大家都很感兴趣，国家的大形势也很快的渗透到各个企业公司，只有严格贯穿落实脚踏实地的才能使企业良好的发展，要想人生总富有跟着时代步伐走；然而以前一直都是以“丛林法则”为模板发展，现在需要以“雨林法则”为中心发展，要想进步强大就要改变方针才能更长久，每一个企业都可以影响到国家的发展所谓

本月的大扫除定在了今天，人员也比较齐震哥先给大家说明本次2楼3楼处理所有房间衣柜下边卫生，这个隔期就必须清理，特别是3楼衣柜下边的卫生；5楼处理公共区域走廊的所有地脚线卫生；根据现有的人员和部门搭配分为了3个小组，工具和方法也给大家说明了，说干就干在挪衣柜前边有男孩专门小心挪开，后边有专门扫地，拖地，最后还有专门复位的，流程步骤很清晰。5楼大家氛围了几个区域
