每天最烦的就是不知道要吃什么。虽然说出门在外只要有钱就不怕买不到东西吃。但经常吃外面的食物也挺腻的。今天到处逛了一圈难得遇到这间早餐店有卖椰浆饭，自然就不能错过啦。。。
椰浆饭的马来文是“nasi lemak ", "nasi "的意思是饭，“lemak"的意思是油脂，这里是指椰浆。这椰浆饭重点就在饭，它的煮法是把米浸泡在椰浆里煮成饭。有的人喜欢把打了结的班兰叶放入锅里一起煮，也可加入香料如黄姜、香茅以增加椰浆饭的香味。
一般椰浆饭都会配上切片黄瓜、小江鱼仔、烤花生、水煮蛋或煎蛋和参峇酱。许多椰浆饭也会搭配炸鸡，咖喱鸡，咖喱牛肉等等。。。。
在我家乡椰浆饭里也会搭配如照片里的小咸鱼。椰浆饭配咸鱼太开胃了。太久没吃，这一餐真的太满足了😋
