Hey least you don't have people around you trying to declare that you're selfish just because you are a bit over endlessly giving for a little while :)
I'd say chill and take it easy for a bit but I don't know what it is you need to do right now so whatever it is do that :)
im applying to jobs with a very tight deadline and very few choices, not very ideal choices, and at the same time appealing to that guy you keep calling what he is to try and get a damn visa, and also preparing to go in and see if immigration will give me a pass because of corona or not. And a lot of extra work that each of those entails
That's all pretty stressful. Definitely do whatever you need to recentre during downtimes x_x
