What is the estimated account value on my account? How is it obtained and its it actually mine? like does it exist?

It is the 7 day average value of STEEM. That is the price that is displayed in your account. Yes it is real, and can be cashed out for United States Dollars or whatever currency you prefer via Bitcoin.
Would be interesting if you could actually get enough STEEM to convert it into a decent amount of bitcoin. Hopefully we'll all see the gains we've heard about. Believe there will probably be a decent pull back again around the $2000 dollar mark.
