Chicken egg 3 grains
Sugar 75 grams
cake emulsifier / SP 1 tsp
Pasta paste ½ tsp
75 gram protein low meal flour
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Milk powder 1 tbsp
75 ml thick, boiled with a pinch of salt
100 gram Butter cream, ready to use
100 gram cheddar cheese, grated

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, pasta pandan and SP, shake until thick.

2.Add the mixture of flour, cornstarch and milk powder, stirring slowly until smooth.

  2. Pour the dough in a 22x22 c m baking sheet with bread paper and spread with margarine.

6.heat the steaming pan, steam until cooked for 20 minutes. Lift and chill.

  1. Remove the sponge from the mold, smear it with butter cream. Roll and solidify.

  2. Spread the sponge with the remaining butter cream, sprinkle with cheese until smooth. Serve with cherry pieces.
