The coconut trees are the main relievo of the landscape in the tropical islands. Rows of coconut trees often lined up along the beach. It is a common sight here. I think the sea here certainly has a certain intimacy with coconut trees and vice versa. It seems, would not perfect a sea beach if not overgrown by coconut trees.
Otherwise, the coconut trees will show us the land breeze and the sea breeze. At night, coconut palms will wave towards the sea. That's when the land breeze blows. While in the daytime, coconut palm will wave towards the mainland. It was a sea breeze. Both winds will change the shoreline, as you know.
So, not something odd, if the beach visitors will adjust to nature by enjoying the young coconut fruit, and that's what I do while on the beach Krueng Raya bay in Aceh. 🙂
