The Volunteers Have Worked
CISAH (Center for Information of Samudra Pasai Heritage) is an institution formed in 2009, followed by the students, community, archaeologists, epigraphs, and specialists antropolog in my province, Aceh. The purpose of establishing the institute is to examine and preserve the historical heritage of Samudra Pasai.
Until now, it has gained a lot of information related to heritage into the territory of Aceh. examined and assessed individually by our expert team. This institution established voluntarily, with the cost coming from volunteers in our region.
Historical relics which are found is the tomb with ancient inscriptions, manuscripts and currency (numismatic) as dirham and dinar coins dating from antiquity ruling dynasty in the 12th century until the 16th century AD.
Our team is searching every corner and hills to explore any existing legacy heritage. Not to look for antiques and high value, we are only looking for information related to the historical and knowledge only. The government has helped us in financing, although not often, but we are grateful to have got it.
The expedition that we have made over the last 8 years, has perfected about 85% of evidence from all areas that we visited. At the time of our first institutional forms @cisah, only consisted of 10 people, and then grow with a lot as time goes by.
The people of Aceh are proud, with youth activities are still concerned about the historical heritage of Aceh. Not infrequently, tourists from various countries have visit to our place just to witness any findings and seek information for the purposes of education and knowledge.
