Just checked my steps and the reading was 9999 - A trip to the toilet sealed the deal :)
Before starting the new job, the weekends would generally produce less steps than the work days, but at present I think there is more chance of the reverse taking place unless I go for a jog in the week.
I'm checking out @meesterboom and his dark, dark ales this evening, and looking forward to next Saturday which is the 1st of February, and the end of my month without alchohol.
To be fair, it's not been so bad, I've saved a few pennies and the waistline has slimmed. It's far too easy to pack the pounds on with a desk job, and at present I don't own a bike. Even if I did, there's no coastline to cycle along, and so I'm not sure how often I'd use it anyway.
Anyway, happy to get to 10000 steps today, and will be looking for more tomorrow as I have a free day, which I hope to improve my health further.
