Today was my rest day, although I am in pain from yesterday’s tough workout, it shows I need to improve and adapt. I am going to be hitting the gym hard to improve my body over the summer ready for the new football season.
The #seven77 project is doing brilliant work encouraging people who wouldn’t normally exercise to get involved and you can tell the community is improving every week. The project is gaining momentum and I try to stay involved and keep raising awareness.
