I recently got into jump roping. It's really fun exercise since I can't go to gym these days. For me, jump roping was never an exercise, it was more of a fun thing to do as a kid. But now, it looks like this gonna change the way I look at it. I had fun exercising with it.
I have not been exercising for about 2 weeks now. So, my mom advised me to start slow. That is why you can see why I started with 25 jump. If anything I learn from working out or building a new habit, consistency is key. My goal is to get back on the grind and my previous schedule where I always set about 60 minutes for exercise. If I become fitter, that definitely would be a bonus.
So, would you want to try?
I really want to but it is not recommended to me by my doctor so I do yoga instead of strenuous exercise.
Ah, that's too bad! Yoga is also good, I do that sometimes with the meditation as well.
Good idea to start this june body health target. I Will give it a try.
You should! it's fun as well😃
I do have a skipping rope that I could use more often. Could add jump rope to my existing home exercise bike routine.
That'd be fun! 25 jump is about 15m minutes for me, so additional 15 minutes wouldn't be too bad. Let me know if you could completed it this month 😄 see you in next 29 days.
