My Actifit Report Card: October 23 2018

I was pretty busy today. I went out for a walk and did free hand exercise.

I love yoga. You have to do yoga slowly. Well, it might not hit much on fitness score, but it will definitely hit on your health. It will increase your flexibility and keep you fit. Yoga increases blood circulation on your body. You feel great after doing yoga.
