Daily routine to work!
I walk , I move , I try to be active!
I try not to sit as much as possible!
Do some stretching, while doing work.
Do not allow myself to be infront of laptop for more than 1 hour without moving my body.
Hope I can remember and maintain the healthy habits daily!
It encourages my colleagues to do some stretching too because they feel muscles pain after a long day sitting without moving their body.
It is very bad to be sitting infront of laptop for the whole day.
