What is it about the female physique that causes men to slow down, get distracted and then have that physical reaction of arousal? Is it all the skin? The curves? Could it even be her smell? Maybe it's a little bit of everything.
Why Men Can't Stop Watching Porn
Since the very beginning, women have had a heavy effect on men.
(KJV) Genesis 6:1 "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them. 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."
Here we see, that even in the earliest known origins of man, that the desire for beautiful women, is present. Unless they don't - but there is a connection between the things which beguile us, and our capacity to sin as a result.
Women Are Beautiful To the Point of Enticement
The desire of men for beautiful women has always been one of the sins warned about in the bible, and in the New Testament, Paul exhorts women to help prevent men from sinning - with the following wisdom:
(KJV) I Timothy 2:9 "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety, not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array.
Here he is giving women advice which will protect them from the desires of men. Women are beautiful, and natural beauty even more so. Yet - the complexity of the beauty industry, is designed to entice men while causing women to believe a lie. The lie that they are more desirable if they paint their faces and enhance their natural God-given beauty.
How Porn is Tearing Us Apart Morally and Culturally
Current numbers by "Fundacion Unimedicos" estimates that there are currently 55,000 children being exploited sexually in Colombia alone. Stop The Traffick estimates that on a worldwide basis, the number is over 12 million.
Venezuela currently takes the world stage for the largest growth in human trafficking while the US is one of the biggest customers. The front end experience of a large chunk of sex trafficking, is porn.
This has to end. And when you shut off the porn, you aren't just helping yourself. You are actually doing your part in helping millions of men, women and children who suffer at the cruel hands of the porn, human slavery and prostitution industry.

Men Can't Stop Watching Porn Because We Aren't Doing Anything to Help
The commercial industry sells everything from cars to cigarettes using sexual overtones and undertones. They use the idea of porn and sexuality to grab the attention of their male clients. And our women aren't helping. Women are being told that if they don't look sexy, it isn't enough. It isn't enough to be pretty, unless you also have an element of seduction. Men are being told that they need to dress and smell in ways that entice women to pursue them sexually. Perfect example: Axe deodorant commercials.
We aren't doing anything to help. Nothing in the Judeo Christian world condemns a woman because God created her beautiful. But, it does when she uses her beauty as a weapon to weave lies and create traps. Many satanic religious ceremonies are based on sex magick where orgies and even snuff films are used to achieve power. Often they attempt to harness the evil energy of unnatural sex acts and rape.
Conclusion
We live in times where it is very hard to guard our eyes, our minds and our heart. But it doesn't mean we shouldn't be trying. Women, be beautiful, but don't be unnaturally seductive. Men, guard your eyes and protect your heart, so that you can give it to your current or future wife, intact.
If you feel like porn is an issue in your life, take it to the cross and ask Jesus Christ our savior to take away this desire. Through humble repentance, fervent prayer and a marked effort, will you be able to renounce this sin in your life. Circumcise the sin from your life by removing the temptations from your home, your computer and your social life.

Your suggestions to help both sides of the equation are good. I like that you point out what we can each do to counteract this evil that can take away from lives and/ or families. This problem damages our spirit in many ways, or takes away from it our spirit in my opinion.
