I as an individual, Factors that induce my transformation, both individually and as a group. Let's focus first on the individual, we as a human in contrast to the machines, we value our own relationship with reference to the value of other people, and even imitate or copy.
As unique individuals "Because we are all human, we have similarities, but we are all different" we create a personality, if we want about the influence of the environment in which we develop and all the stimuli of that and those around us. We have four (4) perspectives for the study of our identification "personality". 1- Our internal training, psychologically. 2- The focal organization at the group (family) level. 3- The activities that we begin to assume as a task (identification with responsibility). 4- The influence of all induced knowledge. However, when we want to establish a proposition about our personality, we can not infer anything about external motivation, until we identify ourselves the internal individual we possess, the deeper our own identification as an individual, the easier it will be to integrate the others (group, society). Now as a group, the position of group in society, will be determined by its position as symbols, common successes, in the culture where they are exercised; I will limit myself to placing at attention only three (3) that to my understanding are important,
1- Cuanto mayor sea el éxito del grupo, mayor será la influencia sobre sus miembros, y su posición aumentará. 2 - Cuanto más alto sea el nivel de posición de sus individuos, más alta será la posición del grupo en la sociedad. 3- Si el grupo es visible, mayor es su posición en la sociedad ... Continuando con la idea, quiero decir que las actitudes se basan en las similitudes percibidas entre el individuo y los miembros de los grupos, a menudo asociados con un entorno común; nos capacitan para nuestro comportamiento, notan que cuanto mayor sea la homogeneidad en la base, mayor será el dominio. Tu grandeza está en aprender a conocerte, lo que te permitirá interactuar mientras mantienes tu propio peso personal.
Cuando me refiero al grupo, hablo de comunidad como un término general, en el que intervienen muchas necesidades individuales.
Concluyo diciendo que todo lo que vivimos es necesario para poder formar y tener experiencias de algo y saber algo; nuestra naturaleza interna está debidamente determinada por la relación con el mundo externo, pero, sin embargo, su autodeterminación como individuo lo dicta, usted es un ser analítico, lo interno, lo psicológico es su determinación. Nuestra actividad como humano no puede separarse de los aspectos externos, considerando la conciencia como algo solo interno, pero el hombre influye en el plano externo y puede transformarlo a medida que nos transformamos a nosotros mismos.
