If you give effort to people on a lesser frequency you become that frequency

Something that should be talked about more: ENERGY

ENERGY. Okay, so what do I mean by energy?
I can describe energy by differentiating between positive energy and negative energy.
When we know that we’re in a bad situation, we’re being thrown negative energy.
When we’re in a good situation we experience good energy.
Think of energy like your gut instinct, except this is much more attached to you.
We also have the power to create good or bad energy based on what thoughts we produce.
If i’m always thinking negative thoughts, the world is going to throw negative situations at me, in hopes or hoping not, that i’ll be able to get through them. Usually, we all do but, by then you’re thrown another horrible situation and you’re now convinced the world isn’t such a pleasant place after all.
But, if i’m always thinking positive thoughts, the world is going to give me a favor and grant me all my wishes, like a genie in the bottle. Because, that’s just how the world works. It works off energy.
Imagine GOOD and BAD are a person. GOOD and BAD are not very happy acquaintances together, But, like all stories, somewhere along the line, they will have to endure working with one another, every blue moon. And then Woo-lah, they discover that they can work peacefully together despite all of their previous experiences. You see BAD realized he needed a friend like GOOD this whole time. He didn’t believe it was possible. But, all he did was give GOOD a chance and now he’s living life much happier. You should all be like BAD… yeah, you should all be like BAD. I know what i’m saying okay.
Now, this works the same with people. Let’s say someone doesn’t meet your frequency. As in, they still have all these life lessons to learn and you’re over here having jumped over all your hurdles on the track field, with a huge smile on your face. They happen to still be trying to jump over the third one, with little no luck.
This is where people have a hard time deciding what to do in life.
Look, it’s okay to help people. In fact, I encourage you to help people, but some people are poison to us. Some people are jealous of those 100 hurdles you jumped over on that track field so they’re bringing you back to where they still are. They don’t care that you’ve won the gold metal, and you should be out celebrating your win. They want you to help them so they can, get their gold metal. That’s all they care about.
Not everyone is like this. I see the glass half full. But, we have to acknowledge that these people do exist and we come across them much more frequently than we like to admit. We have to learn to accept the detrimental people that we come across and let them go.
Learn how to acknowledge someone is bad energy. We all can do this. If something feels bad, it IS bad. If you have to question anything, it’s bad energy.
Remember, a mixed sign is a sign, a bad sign.
I’m not just talking about romantic relationships. With your friends, coworkers, etc.
If you stay to help some people who don’t care about it or you as a person, they will take advantage of you. From this wonderful, majestic being, you know turn into a blob. Their negative energy is being reciprocated onto you.
Don’t be a victim of someone’s bad energy.

There ARE people who are energy vampires. You've probably been around them. They are toxic and negative all the time and leave you feeling depleted after being with them. Being around these people too much can diminish your own energy, no matter how positive it may be. That is why it is so important to get away from those with negative energy, surround yourself with positive energy, and put your own positive energy into the universe. It brings good things to you, and helps others, too.

Upvoted and followed. You have the kind of posts I like to read. :)

Great post.

Just got a follow and resteem. I liken energy (good and bad) to the frequency of the vibration that energy exudes. Beach boys did a good job dancing around this in their song. I am also a fan of Carl Jung, not the Beach Boys :)
