Eagles devour the dogs

In some ordinary weather WCEs have managed a 54 point win over the Bulldogs

Our ball is movement through the middle seemed to be a lot better than in the last month, partlt because of the dogs poor pressure.

Kennedy again proved he's the best tackling forward in the afl.

Hurn might be in a bit of trouble for his collision which sent a bulldog off on a stretcher. Not a lot in it, hurn was almost stationary by the time they collided but the review panel will look at it.

Some handy results in other games have given us a bit of space as we now sit equally 1st with Richmond.

The Hurn incident will be reviewed, and I'm no expert, but it looked to me like he was trying to change direction when Honeychurch ran into him with his head down.

yeah. I think he was hoping to change direction towards the ball by sort of bouncing off honey church. A standard sports maneuver, but we'll see how much weight they put on the injury outcome. Honeychurch was taken to the hospital after the game.

Yeah, that's the part that may bite him. The Match Review process is nothing if not reactionary.

Good to see common sense prevail here
