Nice dish and healthy mixture (beans and fried plantain)....you have beans which gives plant protein which are important for the body system.........and fried plantain contains fat due to the oil used to fry the plant and some phyto nutrient.......The addition of maize also gives you the necessary carbohydrate introduction. It is either you are waiting for meat or egg ....Well personally I think you need a bottle of chilled water.......Lovely
