https://www.mexc.com (MEXC Global) exchange is the site with trading but halted HIVE transfers. I knew I had forgotten something, thanks! https://www.coinex.com is the other site that actually works.
Oh wow, I didn't realize Binance stopped trading HIVE too. I haven't been allowed to trade anything on there for a while now from my country, so this is the first I've heard of this.
