What I don't understand is how anyone thinks the "war on drugs" will work. Just take a quick look at history and prohibitionist.
What happened after? Everyone didn't all the sudden become alcoholics. It became a fun thing to do with others socially with a few bad apples who abuse it. Outlawing just makes the abuse wilding profitable and dangerous.
